What we do
What we do
We know how building and finishing materials behave together. That is what lets us take on jobs other contractors turn down.
General Contracting
We build the whole project, from structure to finish, and answer for all of it. We work for owners and designers of high-end restaurants, offices, hospitality venues and private homes. We know how building and finishing materials behave together.
Example: Gar El Amar. Contratec was main contractor for this hospitality venue at Address Beach Resort, Marassi.
Boutique Commercial
Luxury-level finishing for commercial spaces. We work for brands and designers who want a coffee shop, restaurant, clinic or showroom finished with the care of a private home.
Example: Endorse. A corporate office in Mohandessin for the finance group Endorse, with polished stone floors and a lobby built to receive clients.
Construction Management
We run a build on three measures: time, cost and quality. This is for clients who need a programme kept and one team answerable for it.
Example: Koffee Kulture. A complete coffee shop fit-out at Marassi, from start to handover in 15 days.
Complete Fit-Out
Electromechanical & Special Systems
We deliver the interior and the systems behind it, including electromechanical work and special systems, under strict safety rules. It suits clients who want one team for both.
Example: Carlo's District 5. A restaurant where Contratec delivered interior finishing, HVAC and safety systems, May to November 2023.
